We are thrilled to offer the option of sending multiple hampers to multiple addresses! Please kindly note however, that unless your hamper of choice is eligible for free standard shipping, you will be charged shipping per hamper.
Our team has worked hard to make this option as seamless as possible, however we understand that sometimes confusion can arise. If you are facing difficulties in placing an order for multiple addresses, or would like to reconfirm that the information you have entered is correct, we strongly suggest contacting our Customer Service Team before making payment.
We're here to help and will do the best we can! We do kindly ask you to note, that once your order has been placed we are only able to make changes if the order is not yet dispatched. Dispatching your order means that it has left our warehouse and is on the move, in the hands of our skilled delivery partner.
Here are a few quick tips from our Customer Service Team that should assist in placing your order successfully!
- Ensure you have selected "Multiple addresses" at checkout, under "Delivery Details".;
- Ensure that the gift card message entered matches the hamper for your intended recipient; and
- Ensure the hamper, gift card message and recipient all match!
All of the above can be checked at various stages of the check out process, including under the "Delivery details" and under the "Order summary".
Please note that a shipping method and any preferred dates must be selected per hamper, otherwise the default shipping method will apply as well as any next available preferred dates (where they apply).
