It is very important to confirm all delivery addresses with your recipients before submitting placing an order online. We understand that sometimes oversights can occur however and we're here to help!
We work hard to help ensure a successful delivery and would like to offer the following notes:
Before Dispatch (immediately after you order)
If your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse a member of our customer service team will be able to amend the delivery address.

After Dispatch
Once the order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our delivery partners we are unable to guarantee a change in the delivery details. We are able to reach out to our delivery partners and request either a new address or recall (return to our warehouse), although this is not always possible as your delivery may already be en route to the address provided.

After Delivery
Should we successfully delivery to an address that was provided incorrectly at checkout, we are unable to organise a courier to collect or redeliver the order. Once a delivery has been made successfully to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to collect or compensate.
