It is for this reason, that we strongly suggest re-confirming all details of your order as soon as you receive your confirmation email / invoice. If you have noticed something that needs to be fixed or changed, we kindly ask that you contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible so that we can amend the details on your order.
We're here to help and will do the best we can! We do kindly ask you to note, that once your order has been placed we are only able to make changes if the order is not yet dispatched. Dispatching your order means that it has left our warehouse and is on the move, in the hands of our skilled delivery partner.
Once the order has been dispatched, no amendments can be made. This includes any changes to delivery address, ordered items, gift card messages, etc.
