In the event that your hamper arrives damaged, you have received the incorrect hamper or a hamper with missing items, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible! Send through your order number with a brief description and photos of the issues, including whether or not you will require a replacement.
We require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product. Receiving a copy of these photos will assist our teams to ensure more sufficient measures are in place for future orders. We are always looking for ways in which we can improve our customer experiences and provide the best in service and product!
