On rare occasions there can be unforeseen delays, which we do everything in our power to prevent or assist in resolving. Deliveries are sometimes subject to network delays, especially during the holiday season and closer to special occasions. For an estimate on how long your order will take to arrive, check your delivery postcode in our Delivery Calculator. Please note that this is an estimate only and our delivery partners offer these as a minimum timeframe.
Occasionally a same-day, next day or preferred date delivery may not arrive on the requested date, despite the best efforts of the delivery driver. This can be for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: the recipient not home; no safe location; barred access; no parking; etc. Please note that we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping in these instances.
We strongly recommend downloading the free AusPost App, available for most smart phones. It allows for push notifications so you are kept up to date with any major status change for your deliveries: dispatch, tracking, delays and delivery locations.
