We offer a number of different delivery options, which are dependent upon which hamper you wish to send and where you would like to send it to. Here are the details of our Weekend Delivery option:
Delivery & Tracking Information
Cost: (from) $18.95 per hamper
- Sent via Home Delivery Services (HDS), which offers preferred-date delivery options for select areas.
- To see if your area is eligible, simply enter the postcode and select the suburb through our Delivery Calculator.
- Orders must be placed before 7am (Sydney time) at least 48-72 hours prior to the preferred date. The cut-off times vary per location.
- To check which days are available for delivery, simply add a hamper to your cart and view the checkout page. Enter your postcode for a price and delivery estimate. For more information on selecting a preferred date, please see the articles listed below.
- Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm (excluding public holidays). We are unable to provide a more specific time-frame.
- We are unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes with this delivery option.
- "Authority to Leave' is granted on all orders shipped with HDS, even if "Signature Required" is selected.
- When an "Authority to Leave" has been given, a delivery may be left in a safe space on the premises.
- Proof of Delivery will be provided as a photo only.
- Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next scheduled business day. Only two attempts will be made before the delivery is returned to our warehouse. Redelivery and returns fees apply.
- Drivers are unable to contact the recipient directly upon delivery.
