Additional delivery instructions can be added at the checkout, in order to assist the delivery drivers in having the order delivered successfully. These instructions are printed on the delivery label to assist the driver in locating the address. Any information provided here is used as a guide only and we cannot guarantee that they will be adhered to.
Please note that these instructions are not read by our team before dispatching - these notes are only meant for the driver.
These delivery instructions act as a guide to our drivers and providing:
- A phone number here will not ensure that you or your recipients are called.
- Specific delivery times here will not ensure a preferred delivery window.
Drivers are unable to call a recipient and selecting a preferred delivery date is currently only available for select areas when selecting Preferred Date Delivery.
