When an order has been successfully placed, the checkout page will refresh to show your order number - we recommend keeping a copy of this until you receive your confirmation email! This email will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
We strongly suggest ensuring all information provided at checkout is correct, before selecting Confirm & Process Order.
Two main reasons you may not receive your email:
- Email address was misspelt; or
- Email has been filtered through to spam / junk.
If you have checked your spam / junk folder and have still not received your confirmation email, please contact our friendly Customer Service team (with your order number) as they will be able to update your email address and send you a new copy!
