Though we do understand your hamper may be a surprise, it's highly advisable to let your recipient know that there is something coming for them to avoid disappointment from an overlooked parcel that has been left in a safe place at the nominated address.
Two of our courier partners - StarTrack Couriers and Home Delivery Services (HDS) - will send a text message to your recipient regarding a delivery ETA and may need to contact your recipient directly if there are any issues at the time of delivery.
Australia Post has an interactive app available for most smart phones, that is linked to a phone number, email address and/or delivery address to provide the recipient with the most up-to-date information for a delivery.
