If your order has just been placed and you wish to cancel or amend it, please call us immediately on 1300 459 452 or chat with us now via live chat (between 9am and 5pm weekdays Sydney time).
If it's outside of business hours, please fill in our contact form on our Contact Us page and select 'I made a mistake with my order'. This will place your message at the top of the priority list so we address it as soon as possible.
We're here to help and will do the best we can! We do kindly ask you to note, that once your order has been placed we are only able to make changes if the order is not yet dispatched. Dispatching your order means that it has left our warehouse and is on the move, in the hands of our skilled delivery partner.
Once the order has been dispatched, no amendments can be made. This includes any changes to delivery address, ordered items, gift card messages, etc.
CHEESE HAMPERS: Please note that no changes can be made to orders for cheese hampers once they have been made. This is due to the chilled nature and expressed courier services we use to ensure our hampers reach you in excellent condition!
Please also note that during the busy Christmas period (November/December) we will not be able to make any changes to orders once they have been placed on the website, regardless of whether or not they have been dispatched.
