We are proud of the quality and presentation of our hampers and do everything we can to ensure that every recipient is happy with their hamper. In the event that your hamper arrives but it is not the one that you ordered, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible! Send through your order number with a brief description and photos of the item/s received, including whether or not you will require a replacement.
We will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund depending on the circumstances and will aim to find the best solution to resolve the issue for you. In most cases, we will ask for the incorrect hamper to be sent back to us. We will email you a return label to cover the cost of the shipping.
Please note the following conditions:
- Reasonable damage in transit to packaging is expected and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the issues with the product.
- We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days.
- Please note that refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
